No two ways about it, winch me up!!
The trip down the hill was very steep and slick. My gearing just wasn't low enough to descend this as slow as I wanted. I tried turning the key off to slow it further, but that only helped a little. I made the mistake of touching the brakes while the key was off and the wheels stopped turning, but I only started to go faster. Yikes! I kept me head about me though, and restarted the engine without depressing the clutch and was able to regain control. Glad I left plenty of room between me and the guy in front of me. |
