Here is the assembled drivetrain  with the Warn Overdrive, PTO adapter, and Koenig twin stick PTO.

Another view of the assembled drivetrain.  The transfercase adapter was for a big hole Dana 18 or Dana 20, but I had the small hole version.  I could have had the adapter turned down, but I decided to put my Dana 18 guts into a more common and stronger Dana 20 case.  The Dana 20 fill plug interferes with the Dana 18 speedometer fitting, so I had to seal that off with a flush plug and drill a new filler hole in the side where the Dana 18 fill plug was located.
